How to Connect a Shopify Store?

- Navigating to the Apps Section
Begin by going to the "Apps" section in the main menu of FF Inventory.
- Selecting Shopify
From the list of available channels, select Shopify.
- Adding Your Store
Click on "Add Store" to start the connection process.
- Entering Your Store URL
Enter your Shopify store’s URL and click on "Connect" to proceed.
- Authorizing in Shopify
You’ll be redirected to your Shopify portal. Here, click on the "Install" option to authorize the connection.
- Setting Integration Preferences
Enable the options you need. For example, the "Fulfill orders from FF Inventory" option ensures orders fulfilled in FF Inventory are automatically updated in Shopify.
- Adding Order Prefix
If applicable, enter an order prefix to distinguish orders from this store, then click "Next".
- Importing Products and Sales Orders
You can now import your products, inventory, and sales orders from Shopify into FF Inventory. This step might take some time depending on the amount of data. If preferred, you can choose to do this later. Click "Next" to continue.
- Mapping Warehouses
Map your warehouses in FF Inventory to locations in Shopify. You can also create a new warehouse if needed. Click "Next" to complete the onboarding process.
- Connection Complete
Your Shopify store is now fully connected to FF Inventory. To make changes or update settings, go to the Shopify section under the "Manage" option.
